How long will I have to live without my item while its being repaired?
  • We usually repair all items within 3-5 working days. We pride ourselves on our fast repair turnaround. Our Express service ensures your item is fast tracked to the top of the repair queue, and you will receive the item back within 24-48 hours.
  • Express service customers are welcome to bring the item to us to repair while they wait. We recommend you call to ensure the part is in stock before traveling to us.
Can I bring my device to your store?

Yes, you can either drop it in and collect it once it's ready, or opt for our Express service for a while-you-wait service (additional charge applies).

Do I get any warranty?

Yes, we offer a full 3 month warranty on all parts and repairs (except liquid damage repairs).

How can I pay for my repairs?

We accept all major UK credit or debit cards, cheques and postal orders. Alternatively you can make payment via online bank transfer, please contact us for our banking details. We accept payment in GBP, US dollars or Euros.

Will I lose my data saved on my device?

We endeavour to keep all data unless it is necessary to remove it as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems. We accept no liability for loss of data and strongly suggest you backup your device prior to sending it in for repair.
